I'm writing this because I generally forget what i eat when its time to go get groceries

baked tofu with broccoli from frozen bag, or tofu and kimchi

yogurt and 1/4 to 1/2 granola, raspberries
kefir

last night i had kefir, protein powder, peanut butter, strawberries, raspberries, and milk made into smoothie

bread - avocado
pico and mayonnaise
mayonnaise and sriracha
peanut butter and berries

meal plan august first week

lunches -
cottage cheese and scrambled eggs, with bacon

tofu with https://thewoksoflife.com/15-minute-lazy-noodles/#recipe - substitute spinach with kale and ground beef for mushrooms

tonic water

breakfast -
toast - tuna / avocado, pico
coffee and cream or milk

dinner -
fruits, banana, choc, protein, kefir smoothie
overnight oats and an egg
